Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in the County of Waitotara

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Waitotara County Council on the 12th day of November 1987.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 549, folio 114, subject to memorandum of mortgage 634822.8.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 12th day of November 1987.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 7, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, which pursuant to section 11(1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 70.
