Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart, Subject to Mining Rights, for Purposes Incidental to Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in the Borough of Huntly

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart, subject to the mining rights created by transfer 235312, South Auckland Land Registry, for purposes incidental to coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road, State Highway No. 2

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 14 October 1987 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2 (Pokeno to Wellington) from its junction with State Highway No. 29 at Te Maunga for a distance of 1030 metres eastwards for a width of 13 metres on its southern side as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA 23/36/5 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the manager, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Road Stopped and Amalgamated in the District of Waipawa

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the parts of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares:

(a) The stopped road firstly and secondly described in the Schedule hereto (now known as Blocks 342 and 345, Ruataniuha Crown Grant District) shall vest in Peter Sydney Hannah of Takapau, farmer and Elisabeth Joan Hannah, his wife.

(b) The stopped road thirdly described in the Schedule hereto (now known as Block 349, Ruataniuha Crown Grant District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 109/19, subject to mortgage No. 461320.8

(c) The stopped road fourth and fifthly described in the Schedule hereto (now known as Blocks 343 and 346, Ruataniuha Crown Grant District) shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
