  1. In addition to the new standard rates of allowances, there remains payable to every vendor entitled to claim margins or allowances in terms of the Milk Marketing Order 1968, the sum of $29.84 per day for every day on which deliveries are undertaken.

  2. For the purposes of the Schedule, "delivery" means delivered and charged for in accordance with the provisions of the Milk Price Notice 1980 and amendments given pursuant to section 25 of the Milk Act 1967 and the milk station area prices fixed by the New Zealand Milk Board.

  3. For the purposes of the Schedule "Designated Supermarkets" means those retail outlets designated as supermarkets from time to time by the New Zealand Milk Board as supermarkets pursuant to the Milk Act 1967.

Wool Industry Regulations 1978

Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 24th day of September 1987 at Auckland, Napier, Wanganui and Wellington as 432.17 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the ruling trigger price of 625 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no retention levy is payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, until further notice.
