New Zealand Kiwifruit Exporters Association as Agents for New Zealand Kiwifruit Growers and New Zealand Kiwifruit Coolstores Association (Inc). Application for Authorisation of Restrictive Trade Practice

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 60 of the Commerce Act 1986 that New Zealand Kiwifruit Exporters Association and New Zealand Kiwifruit Coolstores Association (Inc.) have applied to the Commerce Commission for authorisation of a restrictive trade practice.

This application relates to a practice of the kind detailed in section 58 (1) (a) and (b). Authorisation is sought to enter into and give effect to certain price fixing provisions of an arrangement between the New Zealand Kiwifruit Coolstores Association (Inc.) on behalf of all its members and the New Zealand Kiwifruit Exporters Association on behalf of its members.

Any person who has an interest in the application should give written notice of that interest to the Commerce Commission together with reasons therefore by 27 November 1987.

Corrigendum

Price Determination (Milk Delivery Margins and Allowances)

Notice is hereby given that the above price determination dated 14 October 1987 as published in the Gazette, No. 178, dated 15 October 1987, on page 4725, should read as follows:

By a determination dated 25 September 1987, the Commerce Commission acting pursuant to section 25 (3A) of the Milk Act 1967 (as amended by section 110 of the Commerce Act 1986), fixed new standard rates of allowances for the delivery of milk.

1. The determination is set out in the Schedule below, and copies of the determination (including reasons therefore) may be obtained from the Commerce Commission, P.O. Box 10-273, Wellington.

2. The new standard rates of allowances for the delivery of milk is effective from 25 September 1987.
