At Wellington this 19th day of October 1987

Present:
His Excellency THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to sections 3A (11) and 165 (1) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Schedule

Title and Commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Revocation of the Waitomo District Council Foreshore, Riverbed and Waters Control Order 1987.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1988.

The grant of control over foreshore, riverbed and waters issued to the Waitomo District Council by the Waitomo District Council Foreshore, Riverbed, and Waters Control Order 1983 is hereby revoked.

Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 24) 1987

Pursuant to section 143 of the Customs Act 1966, the Comptroller of Customs, in accordance with the power delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under section 9 of that Act, hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

Short title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 24) 1987.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 23rd day of November 1987.

Exchange rates—Where under any provisions of the Customs Act 1966 any amount which is required to be taken into account for the purpose of assessing duty or any other purpose is not an amount in New Zealand currency, the amount to be taken into account shall be the equivalent in New Zealand currency of that amount ascertained in accordance with the rate of exchange set out in the Schedule to this notice.
Revocation—The Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 23) 1987, published in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 189, dated the 3rd day of November 1987, on page 4959 is hereby revoked.
