New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Railway Land at Bunnythorpe to be Road Vested in the Oroua County Council

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares as road and vests in the Oroua County Council the land described in the Schedule hereto.

All that piece of land described as follows:

Public Works Act 1981

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for Better Utilisation (Excluding Subsoil) Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of May 1987, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 June 1987, No. 81, at page 2395 declaring land held for better utilisation (excluding subsoil) set apart for State housing purposes by omitting the following:

“All that piece of land containing 1467 square metres, situated in the City of Wellington, being Lots 30, 31, 32, 42 and 43, D.P. 150, excluding the subsoil below RL35 metres. All proclamations No. 556427, Wellington Land Registry.”

and substituting the following:

“All that piece of land containing 1467 square metres, situated in the City of Wellington, being Section 1417, Town of Wellington excluding the subsoil below RL35 metres. All Proclamation No. 556427, Wellington Land Registry.”

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in Blocks VII and X, Tauhoa Survey District, Rodney County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 6th day of August 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 August 1986, No. 127, at page 3407, acquiring land for road in Blocks VII and X, Tauhoa Survey District pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the areas thirdly, fourthly and fifthly described in the Schedule of the declaration.

Harbours Act 1950

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Board Land

I, William Patrick Jeffries, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrences of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act the sale of land referred to in the Schedule to this notice by the Wanganui Harbour Board, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 2121 square metres (2121m²), more or less, situated in the City of Wanganui and being Lot 10 on Deposited Plan 45976 and comprising all of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 16D, folio 582 (Wellington Registry).

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for a Secondary School to be Crown Land in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of February 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 February 1987, No. 23, at page 796, declaring land held for a secondary school to be Crown land in the City of Manukau pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule:

All that piece of land containing 8.5526 hectares, situated in the City of Manukau, being Allotment 431, Pakuranga Parish; as shown on S.O. Plan 57169, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
