In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hamilton Concrete Cutting Limited:

In the Waikato Times of 29 October 1987, there appeared in the Public Notices column of the paper a notice advising that a petition to wind up Hamilton Concrete Cutting Limited was to be heard in the High Court at Hamilton on 5 November 1987.

That notice was published in the Waikato Times by inadvertence.

Before the publication of the notice, Hamilton Concrete Cutting Limited and the creditor had settled their differences.

At the hearing of the petition on 5 November 1987 it is intended to seek the leave of the Court to have the petition dismissed.

The Solicitors for the Petitioning Creditor Apologise to Hamilton Concrete Cutting Ltd.
