of Works and Development declares that, an agreement between
Grace Agnes Carman as registered proprietor and the Crown, dated
the 26th day of March 1986 and held in the office of the District
Commissioner of Works at Auckland having been entered into, a
sewage easement over the land described in the First Schedule hereto,
and appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule,
subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the
said agreement is hereby acquired for an area school teacher’s
residence which shall vest in the Crown on the 29th day of October
