an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Clevedon Hotel, Kawakawa Bay Road, Clevedon.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) For the winter period being from and including the day following Easter Monday to and including the day preceding Labour Day. On any Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening. On any Thursday, Friday and Saturday.—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) For the summer period being from and including Labour Day to and including the following Easter Monday. On any Monday to Saturday.—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 19 August 1987 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the De Bretts Tavern, corner of Lambton Quay and Ballance Street, Wellington.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday or Tuesday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On the Thursday preceding Good Friday each year—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(d) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning on New Year’s Day.

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Invercargill Licensing Committee on 20 August 1987 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Ascot Park Motor Hotel, Don Lodge Motor Hotel, Grand Hotel, Kelvin Hotel, Appleby Tavern (excluding the Kitchener Family Restaurant), Clifton Club Inn, Clyde Tavern, Glengarry Tavern, Homebush Tavern (excluding the Homebush Family Restaurant), Newfield Tavern, Northern Tavern, Southland Tavern, and Waikiwi Family Inn (excluding the Galaxy Restaurant and Lazers Cabaret).
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday to Wednesday (except Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or Anzac Day)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Thursday (except Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or Anzac Day and with the following exception)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(c) Where Friday is a day when hotels and taverns are required to be closed for the sale of liquor the Thursday before shall be—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(d) On any Friday (except Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or Anzac Day)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(e) On any Saturday (except Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or Anzac Day)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(f) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(g) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning on New Year’s Day.
(h) On Anzac Day when it falls on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the afternoon and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(i) On Anzac Day when it falls on a Thursday (with the following exception)—Opening at 1 o’clock in the afternoon and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(j) On Anzac Day when it falls on a Thursday and the following Friday is a day when hotels and taverns are required to be closed for the sale of liquor—Opening at 1 o’clock in the afternoon and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(k) On Anzac Day when it falls on a Friday or Saturday—Opening at 1 o’clock in the afternoon and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the East Coast Licensing Committee on 18 September 1987 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Record Reign Hotel, 335 Gladstone Road, Gisborne.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday and Tuesday, (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.
(d) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(e) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(f) To any person who is for the time being a lodger, or an employee of the licensee, living on the premises, for consumption on or off the premises, at any time on any day.
(g) To any person actually partaking of a substantial meal in any room or place (other than a bar) used for dining, whether generally or on that occasion, for consumption by that person as part of the meal, at any time between the hours of 9 o’clock on any day and 1 o’clock in the morning on the following day.
