Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road and Road Stopped in the County of Rangitikei

Declaring Crown Land to be Road in Block XV, Wairoa Survey District and Block XXXVIII, Tarngatura Survey District, Wallace County

PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway 96.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road to be Stopped and Land Taken in Block II, Invercargill Hundred, Southland County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the land firstly described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in The Southland County Council and declares the land secondly, thirdly and fourthly described in the First Schedule is hereby acquired for road which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway 1 and shall vest in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and the said stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 75, folio 296.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that the land shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 75, folio 296.

Declaring Government Road to be Stopped and Vested in Block XIV, Wakamarina Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the Government road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 4A/851, Marlborough Land Registry, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 127269.3 and 127269.4 and subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925 and declares the Government road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 4A/646, Marlborough Land Registry, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 128217.2 and 128217.4 and subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
