Private School Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 7 (9) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is hereby given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following school:
St Hildaβs Collegiate School, Dunedin.
The said supplementary integration agreement came into effect on 31 July 1987. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington and at regional offices.

Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
PURSUANT to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, notice is hereby given that Michael John Fowler of 140 Windermere Drive, Tauranga, machine operator, was convicted of a charge of driving with excess breath alcohol in the District Court at Tauranga on the 17th day of August 1987. An order for confiscation of a motor vehicle, namely a 1973 Toyota Crown motorcar, registration No. GX 8302, was made.
