Land Acquired for Road in Block I, Pakiri Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Otamatea County Council on the 10th day of September 1987.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block X, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waikato County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and the said stopped road now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 56389 to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 23B/1266 subject to memoranda of mortgage No. H. 560383.6, H. 636476.1 and H. 636476.3, South Auckland Land Registry.
