Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the Borough of Picton

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of February 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 23, at page 797, declaring land to be Crown land by omitting the following from the Schedule:

“All that piece of land containing 5231 square metres, situated in Block XII, Linkwater Survey District, being Sections 906, 907, 918 and 920, Town of Picton. Part document No. 86206, Marlborough Land Registry.”

and substituting the following:

“All that piece of land containing 4184 square metres, situated in Block XII, Linkwater Survey District, being Sections 906, 907, 918 and 920, Town of Picton. Part document No. 86206, Marlborough Land Registry.”
