Imposition of Dumping Duty
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 186A (2) of the Customs Act
1966, having formed the opinion that the importation of the goods
set out in the Schedule causes or is likely to cause material injury
to an industry in New Zealand I hereby direct that dumping duty
equivalent to 100 percent of the amount by which the export price
is less than the normal value of the goods determined in accordance
with section 186b of the Customs Act 1966 shall be paid in respect
of the goods set out in the Schedule.
