In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 January 1984, No. 10, page 269, “Paha Sapa Spiritual Circle of People” should read as “Paha Sapa Spiritual Circle of the People”.

CORRIGENDUM

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised—Canterbury Land District—Oxford County

In the notice dated 12 September 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 September 1986, No. 149, page 4031, in the body of the document after the words “over the land” add the words “described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land”.

CORRIGENDUM

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road, State Highway No. 1

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 October 1986, No. 165, page 4378, the second to last line is to be amended by deleting the word “Hamilton” and substituting the word “Dunedin”.

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the Hamilton Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hamilton Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WAITOMO DISTRICT

1.2076 hectares, more or less, being Section 5, Block XIV, Orahiri Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1907, page 2762. S.O. Plan 56199.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of January 1987.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for service lane and to vest in The Napier City Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of the proclamation in the Gazette.
