DESCRIPTION OF LINE
A line for the transmission of electricity commencing at a point on the southeastern side of Irvine Street, approximately 54 metres from the eastern side of Whitehaven Street and proceeding in a northerly direction across Irvine Street to its northwestern side. All the aforementioned being in the Borough of Lawnce.
The line being more particularly shown on plan NZE 2140 deposited in the office of the Ministry of Energy at Wellington.

Order of Restoration—M. 496/87
Pursuant to section 117 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal on the 27th day of July 1987, ordered that the name of Derek Harold Dinsdale Holland of Auckland, barrister and solicitor be restored to the Roll of Barristers and the Roll of Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand on the condition that said Derek Harold Dinsdale Holland shall not practise as a solicitor on his own account whether in partnership or otherwise until authorised by the Tribunal to do so, and further ordered that the said Derek Harold Dinsdale Holland pay to the New Zealand Law Society and the Auckland District Law Society in equal shares the sum of $500.00 in total as a contribution towards the costs and expenses of the respective societies of and incidental to the application for restoration and further that the said Derek Harold Dinsdale Holland pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $500.00 as a contribution towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the Tribunal into the application for restoration.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of the following school:
St Matthew’s School, Wainuiomata.
The said supplementary integration agreement came into effect on 31 July 1987. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Manawatu Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Manawatu Licensing Committee on 25 June 1987 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Royal Tavern, Palmerston North.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(d) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

NOTICE
SURVEYORS EXAMINATIONS
- The New Zealand Certificate in Surveying examination will be held on Friday, 20 November 1987 at 9 a.m.
Applications, on the proper form together with the prescribed fee must reach the secretary of the board before 1 November 1987.
- The professional interview will be held starting on Monday, 21 March 1988 at 8.45 a.m.
Applications, on the proper form together with the prescribed fee must reach the secretary of the board before 10 February 1988.
Application forms and further detailed information about the board’s requirements should be obtained from the undersigned.
The prescribed fees for the examinations are as follows:

Levy on Pigs Slaughtered on Licensed Premises 1987/88
PURSUANT to section 30 (3) of the Pork Industry Act 1982, notice is hereby given that the levy on pigs slaughtered on licensed premises as from and including the 1st day of October 1987 shall be $3.75 (exclusive of G.S.T.), being $1.65 for administration, $2.00 for marketing, and $0.10 towards an Aujeszky’s Disease survey of the North Island.

Approval of Motorcycle Safety Helmets in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1976
PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976 motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 31 of the said regulations.
SCHEDULE
SAFETY helmets manufactured by Bell Helmets Inc., U.S.A., bearing the model designation Aorstar, complying with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 218 and marked accordingly.
Pursuant to powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport by an instrument of delegation dated the 3rd day of August 1987.
