Classification and Naming of a Reserve and Declaration That a Reserve Shall be Subject to the Wildlife Act 1953

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, and hereby declares that the said reserve shall henceforth be subject to the Wildlife Act 1953 in addition to the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Lake Waahi Wildlife Management Reserve.
