of Works and Development declares the land described in the

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road
described in the First Schedule hereto to be vested in David James
Wilson of Tangiteroria, farmer and when so vested to be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 61A/215 subject
to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, section 5 of the Coal Mines
Act 1979 and memoranda of mortgage 564561.4 and 564561.5, North
Auckland Land Registry, and declares the stopped road described in
the Second Schedule hereto to be vested in Alexander Nelley
Rhynd of Tangiteroria, farmer and Kathleen Joan Rhynd, his wife
and when so vested to be amalgamated with the land in certificate
of title, Volume 176, folio 142, subject to memoranda of mortgage
012146.5 and 283438.1, North Auckland Land Registry, and declares
the stopped road in the Third Schedule hereto to be vested in the
said Alexander Nelley Rhynd and Kathleen Joan Rhynd, and when
so vested to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title,
