Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road in Block II,
Kerikeri Survey District, Whangaroa County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
9th day of July 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16
July 1987, No. 111, at page 3330, declaring land to be road in Block
II, Kerikeri Survey District, Whangaroa County pursuant to section
114 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal
description of the area fourthly described in the Schedule the letter
“D” and substituting the letter “E” and deleting from the legal
description of the area fifthly described in the Schedule the letter
“E” and substituting the letter “F”.
