Land Taken for the Generation of Electricity in the Borough of Cromwell

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for the generation of electricity and further declare that the land shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.

Amending a Proclamation Taking Land and Easements Over Land for Waterworks in Blocks V and IX, Takahue Survey District, Mangonui County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 11th day of October 1983, published in the New Zealand Gazette of Thursday, 27 October 1983, No. 177, at page 3545, taking land and easements over land for waterworks in Blocks V and IX, Takahue Survey District, Mangonui County, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 20(G) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, firstly by deleting the words “paragraphs 1 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952” and substituting the words “paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952” and secondly, by deleting the words “paragraphs 1, 3 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952” and substituting the words “paragraphs 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952.”
