the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Fire
Service Act 1975 and shall vest in The New Zealand Fire Service
Commission on the 13th day of August 1987.

Secretary for Local Government gives the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the One Tree Hill Borough—One-
hunga Borough Boundary Definition Notice 1987. -
The boundaries of One Tree Hill Borough and Onehunga
Borough are hereby defined as set out in the Schedules hereto, these
boundaries having been altered by the notice published in the
Gazette, 7 August 1986, No. 123, page 3326.

ALL that area in the North Auckland District, Borough of One Tree
Hill, containing 1002 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line
commencing at the southernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 8597, Block
I, Otahuhu Survey District and proceeding easterly along a right
line, being the production of the southern boundary of the last-
mentioned Lot 3 to the eastern side of Manukau Road; thence south-
easterly along the said eastern side of Manukau Road, crossing the
intervening Ngaroma Road, Pukenui Road, Gladwin Road, Lewin
Road, Haydn Avenue, and Rauranga Avenue to the westernmost

northernmost corner of part Allotment 6A, Section 17, Suburbs of
Auckland, as shown on D.P. 14799, along the north-eastern boundary
of Lot 27, D.P. 39484, (now part Great South Road), Block II,
Otahuhu Survey District, along a right line across Southdown Lane,
to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 26, D.P. 39484
(now part Great South Road), an area coloured yellow, as shown
