Land and Right of Way Over Land Acquired for Irrigation Purposes in Block XII, Kaeo Survey District, Whangaroa and Bay of Islands Counties

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and a right of way easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto vesting in the Crown, the rights contained in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 are hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of August 1987.

Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for Tertiary Education in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from the Otago Harbour Board by Alistair Evans Broad and Hilary Jane Calvert, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 520704, 518818, 361211 and 498381/79, Otago Land Registry is hereby acquired, subject as to the leasehold estate in the land firstly described in lease 542503 Otago Land Registry, for tertiary education and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of August 1987.
