Land and Right of Way Easement in Gross Over Land Acquired for Irrigation Purposes in Block XII, Kaeo Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and a right of way easement in gross over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in the Crown the rights contained in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, are hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 30th day of July 1987.
