Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block X, Norwood Survey District, Dannevirke District

PURSUANT to section 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the part of road first and secondly described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the stopped road (now known as Section 69 and 73, Block X, Norwood Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title F2/796, subject to the fencing covenant in transfer 24470, proclamation 415442, transfer 450238 and mortgage 451296, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and the part of road thirdly described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the stopped road (now known as Section 72, Block X, Norwood Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 116/55, subject to mortgage 451296.1.
