Notice to Set Apart and Define a Special Quarantine Ground: Keridowns (No. 4117; 6/4/3/0/1)
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 11A(1) of the Animals Act 1967, that the land and premises of Landcorp, situated at Keridowns, comprising part Sections 8 and 9, Block 7, Kerikeri, part Section 10, Block 7, Kerikeri, being 113.76 hectares, more or less, is declared to be a special quarantine ground for the detention of imported animals.

Notice to Set Apart and Define a Special Quarantine Ground: Matamata (No. 4118; 6/4/3/0/1)
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 11A(1) of the Animals Act 1967, that the land and premises occupied by Harvey Farms Consolidated Ltd. including the poultry shed equipment and surrounding area within the security fence (which is to be erected approximately 15 metres out from the existing shed), being 36.4117 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 13521, and being part Section 144, Block V, Tarapa, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 310, folio 267, is declared to be a special poultry quarantine and hatchery farm for the detention of imported poultry hatching eggs.

PURSUANT to regulation 3(8) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Waikato County) Notice No. 1, 1987.

The Waikato County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule is approved.

The Road Classification (Waikato County) Notice No. 1, 1983, dated the 13th day of April 1983*, issued pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, which relates to the roads described in the Schedule, is revoked.

Ministry of Transport—Approval of Revolving/Flashing Amber Lights for Overdimension Vehicles and Pilot Vehicles
PURSUANT to regulation 67(8) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, approve the fitting and use of the following lights when required under the terms of the Ministry of Transport Overdimension Policy and/or an overdimension permit:
-
One revolving amber light on top of the cab of an overdimension vehicle or a vehicle carrying an overdimension load.
-
Two simultaneously flashing amber lights facing to the front; OR one or two revolving amber lights on top of a vehicle, used exclusively or principally for piloting overdimension loads or vehicles. These lights shall be shielded from the view of the driver of the following overdimension vehicle.
The notice “Approval of Flashing Amber Lights for Over-width Motor Vehicles” issued pursuant to regulation 39 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 6th day of March 1967*, is revoked.
The notice “Approval of Revolving Amber Lights for Certain Vehicles” issued pursuant to regulation 39 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 23rd day of October 1969†, is revoked.
