PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for service lane which shall vest in The Takapuna City Council on the 23rd day of July 1987.
