PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section 11(1A) of
the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway
No. 25.

Land Acquired for the Tauranga - Te Maunga Motorway and in
Connection with the Tauranga - Te Maunga Motorway in the City
of Tauranga

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for the Tauranga - Te Maunga Motorway
and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
acquired in connection with the Tauranga - Te Maunga Motorway,
and further declares that the land described in the First and Second
Schedules shall vest in the Crown on the 23rd day of July 1987.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired, subject to the drainage easement created by
transfer 404104 and the fencing agreement contained in transfer
417045, South Auckland Land Registry, in connection with a
motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 23rd day of July 1987.

ALL that piece of land containing 2.5892 hectares, situated in Block
XIV, Rotoiti Survey District, being part Lot 41, D.P. 33114 and
