THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Minister of Works and Development, gives notice that the State highway described in the First Schedule hereto is revoked, and that the public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto is declared to be a State highway, within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL those sections of No. 6 State Highway between Eleven Mile Creek and Ten Mile Creek in Grey County District that have been replaced by new realigned lengths of public highway between R.P. 403/9.60 and R.P. 403/10.30.
SECOND SCHEDULE
No. 6 STATE HIGHWAY
ALL those sections of public highway that have replaced previous lengths of public highway between Eleven Mile Creek and Ten Mile Creek, in Grey County District, as a result of realignments between R.P. 403/9.60 and R.P. 403/10.30.

Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
PURSUANT to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 notice is hereby given that Glen Michael Annandale of 119A Otumoetai Road, Tauranga, unemployed was convicted of driving whilst disqualified in the District Court at Tauranga on the 29th day of June 1987. An order for confiscation of a motor vehicle, namely a 1980 Suzuki B120 motorcycle, registration No. 43 HGO was made.

Commerce Act 1986: Merger or Takeover Proposal

NOTICE is hereby given of the following determination by the Commerce Commission pursuant to section 67 (3) (a) of the Commerce Act 1986.
On 10 March 1987 the Commerce Commission determined to give clearance to a proposal, already partly implemented, whereby Chase Corporation Ltd. acquires various residential and commercial properties from Mr D. J. Grose.

NOTICE is hereby given of the following determination by the Commerce Commission pursuant to section 67 (3) (a) of the Commerce Act 1986.
On 10 March 1987 the Commerce Commission determined to give clearance to a proposal, already partly implemented, whereby ANZ Pensions Ltd. acquires a portion of the business of Chase Corporation Ltd., being the commercial building on the corner of Albert and Swanson Streets, Auckland.

Commerce Act 1986: Merger or Takeover Proposal
NOTICE is hereby given of the following determination by the Commerce Commission pursuant to section 66 (6) of the Commerce Act 1986.
Decision No. 194 (Ref: AUT/MT-W13/1)
On 16 April 1987 the Commerce Commission determined to give clearance that West Coast Bakery Ltd. may acquire the assets employed in the business of Callaghan’s Bakery Ltd. (excluding stock in trade not required, land and buildings and book debts).
The full text of the determination is available for inspection at the Commission’s Offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Copies may also be purchased on application to the Commission (P.O. Box 10-273, Wellington).

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Amendment Available for Comment
PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft amendment is being circulated.
Number and Title of Specification
DZ 2995/A Draft Amendment A to BS 4016:1972 Specification for building papers (breather type). Gratis.
This draft amendment places on record the declaration of BS 4016:1972 as a New Zealand Standard and provides flexibility in the range of roll widths and sizes, and consistent with this, changes have been made to Foreword, Section 1 Scope, and Section 2 General. BS 4016:1966 shall be revoked concurrently with the declaration of this amendment.
All persons who may be affected by this publication and who desire to comment thereon, may obtain copies at the price shown, from the Standards Association of New Zealand, Wellington Trade Centre, 181–187 Victoria Street (or Private Bag), Wellington.
NOTE—Payment must accompany all requests for drafts.
The closing date for the receipt of comment is 15 September 1987.
