Easement Over Land Acquired for Post Office Purposes (Post Office) in the County of Rangitikei

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement of right of way as such term is defined in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 is hereby acquired on the 16th day of July 1987 for post office purposes (post office) over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and shall be forever appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Declaring Land and Easements Acquired for the Supply of Electricity in the City of Christchurch

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with a right of way easement described in the Second Schedule hereto and an easement of right of way and right to convey electricity described in the Fourth Schedule hereto over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and the Fifth Schedule hereto (both easements to be appurtenant to the land thirdly described in the First Schedule hereto) is hereby acquired for the supply of electricity and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the 16th day of July 1987.

The rights and powers implied in and attaching to a right of way and to a right to convey water as set out in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 save that the word “pipe(s)” shall, where applicable, be replaced by the word “cable(s)” and the word “water” shall be replaced by the words “electrical power”.
