Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club, Waikato Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Waikato Licensing Committee on 16 December 1986 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Hamilton Cosmopolitan and Sports Club Incorporated situated at Claudelands Road, Hamilton.

To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(1) Saturday in each and every week—closing at 11 p.m.
(2) Christmas Eve in each year—closing at 11 p.m.
(3) New Year’s Eve each year—closing at 12 midnight.

The Traffic (Napier City) Notice No. 1, 1987

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

NOTICE

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Napier City) Notice No. 1, 1987.

The roads specified in the First Schedule are excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

The road specified in the Third Schedule is declared to be a limited speed zone pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
