Export Performance Taxation Incentive—Schedule of Export Goods—Amendment No. 16
PURSUANT to section 156C (6) of the Income Tax Act 1976, notice is hereby given by the Secretary of Trade and Industry that the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Overseas Trade and Marketing have approved the amendments to the Schedule of Export Goods (approval of which was notified in the Gazette of 1 May 1980) set out in the schedule hereto:
SCHEDULE
Chapter 5 of the Schedule of Export Goods is amended by:
Deleting the following classification: 05.09.31Z Dried Vegetable. . . D
and adding the following classification: 05.09.26O Dried
The effect of this amendment is to correct a classification error in the compilation of the Schedule.
This amendment shall apply from the income year that commenced on 1 April 1980.

Proposed Pahiatua to Masterton Natural Gas Pipeline Petroleum Act 1937—Notice of Pipeline Authorisation Application
NOTICE is given that the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Limited has applied to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation under the Petroleum Act 1937 to authorise the construction and operation of a pipeline for the conveyance of natural gas from the Pahiatua Gate Station (Pahiatua—Mangaohao Road) to the proposed Masterton Gate Station north of Masterton, passing near the following localities:
Konini, Hamua, Newman, Eketahuna, Parkville, Kaiparoro, Mount Bruce Region, and Opaki.
