PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hobson County Council on the 6th day of June 1986:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hobson County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said county in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a scenic reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
