22 THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 1

  1. The full free right, liberty and licence for the grantee its servants workmen and agents with or without vehicles laden or unladen and with tools machinery and equipment to enter on the said land and upon adjoining land of the grantors as may be necessary or convenient and construct, equip, maintain, repair, alter, renew and operate poles, supports, cables (underground or overhead), wires or other necessary appliances as the grantee may from time to time require for the purposes of transmitting post office information.

  2. The grantors will not place any buildings, erections or plant, or allow or suffer to be grown any tree or shrub on the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and will not at any time hereafter do permit or suffer to be done any act whereby the rights powers licences and liberties hereby granted to the grantee may be interfered with or affected in any way.

  3. The grantee shall do as little damage as possible to the surface of the said land or any adjoining land and any vegetation fences or erections thereon and any opening in the surface of such land shall be filled in by the grantee as soon as possible after the necessary work for which the opening was made has been completed and the surface levelled off in a proper manner and resurfaced if necessary to restore it to the condition it was in prior to the work being done and all damage (if any) to fences or other erections on the said land made good and restored to their prior condition in a proper and workmanlike manner.

Land Over which Easement is Acquired

All those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Komakorai Survey District described as follows:

Part Lot 2, D.P. S. 11752; as shown marked “A” on plan.
Part Lot 2, D.P. S. 11484; as shown marked “B” on plan.
Part Allotment 48, being part land on D.P. 3396; as shown marked “C” on plan.

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 51499, lodged in the Office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Crown Land Set Apart as State Forest Land—Wellington Conservancy

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, the Land Officer, New Zealand Forest Service, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Forests hereby sets apart as State forest land, with effect from the date of publication hereof, the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—RANGITIKEI AND TAUPO COUNTIES

821.300 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 56327, situated in Blocks XI, XII and XV, Mangamaire Survey District. (S.O. 56327).

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of Land Administration of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
