Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Acquired, Subject as to Part, to a Fencing Agreement for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Waiuku

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 30th day of May 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 June 1986, No. 86, at page 2399, declaring land to be acquired, subject as to part to a fencing agreement, for Maori housing purposes in the Borough of Waiuku pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the two areas in the Schedule the number “127635” and substituting the number “107135”.
