Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for waterworks, the right of way easement described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for waterworks over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land and easement shall vest in The Taupo County Council on the 15th day of January 1987.

An Interest in Land Acquired, Subject to Mining Rights, for Purposes Incidental to Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in the Borough of Huntly

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty The Queen by Colin Leslie Sharp and Patricia Christine Sharp under and by virtue of agreement for sale and purchase H. 476811 is hereby acquired, subject to the mining rights created by transfer 237908 South Auckland Land Registry, for purposes incidental to coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 15th day of January 1987.
