The Traffic (Golden Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1986
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Golden Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1986.
The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The notice under the Traffic Regulations 1956 and the Transport Act 1949, dated the 27th day of January 1958*, which relates to No. 60 State Highway at Upper Takaka situated within Golden Bay County, is revoked.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Golden Bay County at Upper Takaka:
No. 60 State Highway (Richmond-Collingwood): from a point 180 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said State Highway, from Cobb Valley Road to a point 800 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Cobb Valley Road.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Inangahua County) Notice No. 1, 1986.
The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Inangahua County at Springs Junction:
No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth via Lewis Pass): from a point 250 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said State Highway from the No. 65 State Highway (Murchison-Maruia via Shenandoah) to a point 300 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State Highway from the No. 65 State Highway (Murchison-Maruia via Shenandoah).
No. 65 State Highway (Murchison-Maruia via Shenandoah): from the No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth via Lewis Pass) to a point 550 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State Highway from the No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth via Lewis Pass).

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Marlborough County) Notice No. 1, 1986.
The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres-an-hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The notice under the Transport Act 1949, dated the 8th day of January 1958*, which relates to State Highway No. 51 at Riverlands situated within Marlborough County, is revoked.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Marlborough County at Riverlands:
No. 1 State Highway (Awatere-Bluff): from a point 480 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Alabama Road to a point 100 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said State Highway from Alabama Road.

The Traffic (Rotorua District) Notice No. 1, 1986
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rotorua District) Notice No. 1, 1986.
The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purpose of regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the 20th day of December, in each year and ending with the 10th day of February in the next ensuing year and the period commencing with the Thursday preceding Easter each year, and ending with the Tuesday following Easter each year, shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 70 kilometres an hour fixed by the said regulation.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within the Rural Division of Rotorua District at Rotoiti:
No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti-Whakatane via Atiamuri): from a point 170 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State Highway from the Waikiti Stream to a point 1130 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said State Highway from the said stream and from a point 240 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said State Highway from Wharetoa Drive to a point 720 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Wharetoa Drive.
SITUATED within the Rural Division of Rotorua District at Rotoma:
No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti-Whakatane via Atiamuri): from a point 80 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Oxford Road to a point 1450 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said State Highway from the said road and from a point 2900 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Matahi Road to a point 430 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Matahi Road.
