Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, South Auckland District hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice authorising the exchange of part of a reserve for other land dated 7 March 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 March 1986, No. 38, page 1126.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice classifying a reserve and union of the reserve with the Lake Okareka Scenic Reserve dated 26 November 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 December 1985, No. 224, page 5490.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Lake Okareka Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Lake Okareka Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice classifying a reserve and union of the reserve with the Te Karaka Memorial Scenic Reserve dated 15 January 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 January 1986, No. 7, page 218.

Classification of Reserve and Union of the Reserve with the Te Karaka Memorial Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1)(d) of the said Act and further, declares that on and after the date of publication of this notice, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall be united to form one reserve known as the Te Karaka Memorial Scenic Reserve.
