State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Whakarewarewa State Forest Park—Rotorua Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Whakarewarewa State Forest Park.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA DISTRICT

598 square metres, being part Section 6, Block I, Tarawera Survey District; as shown marked “M”, “N” and “O” on S.O. Plan 51529. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1191, page 701.

313 square metres, being part Section 6 and part Section 4, Block I, Tarawera Survey District; as shown marked “P” on S.O. Plan 51529. Part New Zealand Gazettes, 1898, page 1457 and 1911, page 701.

7435 square metres, being part Section 4, Block I, Tarawera Survey District; as shown marked “Q” and “R” on S.O. Plan 51529 and “S” on S.O. Plan 51527. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1898, page 1457.

Declaring Land in the Westland Land District, Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—GREY COUNTY

1129 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 2399, situated in Block XI, Christchurch Survey District. All certificate of title 5B/1288.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of May 1986.

PURSUANT to section 43 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964 (as amended by section 2 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Amendment Act 1971), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints the members from time to time of Messrs Deloitte Haskins and Sells and Messrs Touche Ross and Company, chartered accountants, to be the auditors of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand for the period 1st July 1986 to 30th June 1988 inclusive.
