- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Securities Transfer (Authorised Public Securities Dealers) Notice 1986.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

The Orewa Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1970 is amended by revoking the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule:
