Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a
scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the
Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares that the said reserve shall
hereafter be known as the Moioio Island Scenic Reserve.

9400 square metres, more or less (1.2140 hectares by part

Declaration That Lands are Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the
Tokoroa Borough Council on the 5th day of March 1986.

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14
of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tokoroa Borough Council
hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said
Borough Council in fee-simple and, described in the Schedule
hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby, declared to be
reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective
descriptions of the said reserves, subject to the provisions
of the said Act.”
