PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Clutha County Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:
(i) The area marked ‘B’ on S.O. Plan 19980, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 216, folio 148.
(ii) The area marked ‘H’ on S.O. Plan 19980, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7B/614.
(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that:
