PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in the Wairarapa South County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares those areas when stopped shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. 472 recorded in Register Book No. F4/71.
