Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the notice dated the 19th day of May 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 44, at page 1298, declaring land to be road in the City of Whangarei pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981.
