AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY—SPECIAL ORDER
THAT the Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section
45 and in pursuance of the Authority conferring upon it under the
Local Authorities Loan Act 1956 and in exercise of all powers
enabling it on that behalf "doth hereby resolve" by special resolution
intended to operate as a special order to borrow the sum of nine
hundred and seventy thousand dollars ($970,000) as a special loan
to be known as Drainage Loan No. 123, 1986 $970,000 for the
purpose of upgrading the Oakley Creek.

The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary meeting
of the Auckland Regional Authority held on February 17, 1986 and
confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority held on 17
March 1986 having been advertised meantime in the Auckland Star
on 22 February 1986 and 3 March 1986, with one objection being
received.

The common seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereto
affixed in the presence of the chairman and secretary.

of each week. Notices from Government departments must be
received by the Gazette Clerk, Department of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, by noon on Tuesday. Advertisements will be accepted
by the Government Printer, c/o Gazette Clerk, Government Printing
Office, Private Bag, Wellington until noon on Wednesday.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 20c per line.

All advertisements should be written or typed on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., SHOULD BE WRITTEN IN A
LEGIBLE HAND.

CANCELLED NOTICES
