Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Pickersgill Island Scenic Reserve

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
96.3152 hectares, more or less, being Section 5, Block XVIII, Gore Survey District and D.P. 600, Block XIV, Gore Survey District. Reserve for scenic purposes by transfer 31488 and all Gazette notice 27820 (New Zealand Gazette, 1957, page 1781). All certificate of title 20/224. S.O. Plan 1084.
