Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in
Irregular Block West Taieri Survey District, Silverpeaks County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First
Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown, and
pursuant to section 153 has become road limited access
road and State highway.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and
declares that:

(i) The area marked 'A' on the plan shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume
186, folio 157.

(ii) The area marked 'D' on the plan shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume
373, folio 144 (limited as to parcels).

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken
under section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and
declares that the land shall be amalgamated with the land
in certificate of title, Volume 373, folio 144 (limited as to
parcels).

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 15th
day of May 1986 and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National
Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State highway No. 2.
