Road Stopped and Added to Land Held for a Fire Brigade Station
in the Borough of Eastbourne

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

1. Pursuant to section 116 declares the road described in the First
   Schedule hereto to be stopped.

2. Pursuant to section 117 (7) declares that the said stopped road
   is added to the land held for a fire brigade station and described
   in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 98 square metres, situated in
Block XVI, Belmont Survey District and adjoining Lot 2, D.P. 5871
(certificate of title 275/200) and Lot 3, D.P. 5871 (certificate of title
537/20); as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 34430, lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 445 square metres, situated in
Block XVI, Belmont Survey District and being part of Section 22
of the Harbour District and being also Lot 3, D.P. 5871 and part
of Lot 1A of Block I, on D.P. 2041. Balance certificate of title,
Volume 537, folio 20. Wellington Land Registry.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in
Block XXXIX, Takitimu Survey District, Wallace County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Wallace
County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of
road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped
and declares that:

1. The areas marked ‘E’ on S.O. Plan 8682, and ‘K’ on S.O. Plan
   8683 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
   No. 6D/246.

2. The areas marked ‘F’ on S.O. Plan 8682, and ‘L’ on S.O. Plan
   8683 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
   No. 6D/119.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken
under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and
declares that:
