S. 25008 (certificate of title 24B/328), as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of plan 21/74/2 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Paeroa and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 25
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 23 April 1986 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 25, Pipiroa to Thames section for half its width on the western side for a distance of 300 metres south from the Kupata Stream across the frontages of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S. 23582 (certificate of title 23A/1175 and 1176), as more particularly shown on Sheets 2 of plan 21/76/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Paeroa and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Commerce Act 1975
NOTICE is hereby given of the following decisions of the Commerce Commission.
Decision No. 161. By this decision dated 29 April 1986 relating to a Collective Pricing Application made by the Motor Trade Association Inc., the Commission consented to the trade practice whereby the Association might issue to its members a charge out rate formula of the type submitted by it and annexed to the Commission's decision subject to the condition that any figure relating to the proportion of the proprietor's salary be deleted from the standard form.

Decision No. 162. By this decision dated 30 April 1986 the Commission consented to the merger or takeover proposal whereby Ballin Rattray Limited might acquire 100 percent of the issued share capital of Glenleith Holdings Limited.

Transport Licensing Inquiry
MUHAMMAD HANIF PATEL, 14 Kain Street, Mount Eden, Auckland take notice that the Auckland Transport District Licensing Authority (J. M. Foster), is to hold an inquiry pursuant to section 140 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 to determine whether or not owing to changed circumstances since Continuous Taxicab Service Licence 9055 was granted you meet the criteria set out in section 124 of the said act.
The inquiry will be held in the Conference Room, Ministry of Transport, Ninth Floor, Customhouse Building, Quay Street, Auckland on Thursday, the 5th day of June 1986 commencing at 10 a.m.
