Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block VIII, Piopiotea Survey District, Taumarunui County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated 4th June 1982, to be road, and to be vested in The Taumarunui County Council.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 7860 square metres, situated in Block VIII, Piopiotea Survey District being part Whangaipeke X Block; as shown on M.L. Plan 21097, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of April 1986.

Revoking the Reservation Over Land in Canterbury Land District Reserved for Plantation Purposes

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Selwyn Plantation Board Act 1953, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the reservation for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—MALVERN COUNTY

5632 square metres, more or less, being part Reserve 1797 shown as Lot 1 on L.T. 49157 situated in Block XII, Kowai Survey District.


Declaring Various Parcels of Land to be Reserves

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, the Governor-General of New Zealand, by this Proclamation declare the several pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart as reserves for the purposes therein mentioned.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

26.3456 hectares, more or less, being parts Lot 9, D.P. 3588 and Reserve 3932 shown as Lot 1 on L.T. 49493 situated in Block VII, Fighting Hill Survey District. Part certificate of title 288/272, part Gazette notice C550395/1 (New Zealand Gazette 1915, page 472) and part Section 77, Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act, 1910.

5.7073 hectares, more or less, being parts Reserve 2577 and part Rural Section 27172, shown as Lot 2 on L.T. 48048.

3.7674 hectares, more or less, being part Reserve 2577 shown as Lot 3, on L.T. 48048, both situated in Block VII, Fighting Hill Survey District. Parts certificate of title 27K/344.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of April 1986.

Amending the Manawatu Catchment Board Waters Control Order 1980

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At Wellington this 7th day of April 1986

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

PURSUANT to section 8A of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Manawatu Catchment Board Waters Control Order 1980* by:

Inserting the words, “and all the waters of the Waikanae River from its source to the sea”, after the words “all the waters of the Makakahi River from its source to its confluence with the Mangatainoka River” in the First Schedule.

The order shall come into force 14 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
