Roadway Declared Road in Block II, Tokata Survey District, Opotiki County

PAUL REEVES, Governor-General

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the roadway described in the Schedule hereto to be road and to vest The Opotiki County Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.

All those pieces of land situated in Block II, Tokata Survey District, described as follows:

Authorising the Auckland City Council to Reclaim Foreshore from Hobson Bay, Auckland

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At Wellington this 24th day of February 1986

Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 175(3) and subject to section 178 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby authorises the Auckland City Council to reclaim an area of 38 square metres of foreshore from Hobson Bay, as shown marked ‘A’ on plan M.D. (N) 1261, one sheet (S.O. 58617), deposited in the office of the Regional Secretary for Transport at Auckland, and as more particularly described in the Schedule below.

SCHEDULE

All that parcel of land containing 38 square metres, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland being part of Lot 34 on Deposited Plan 9448 and comprising part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 738, folio 186 (North Auckland Registry).

Declaration that State Forest Land Ceases to be Part of the North-West Nelson State Forest Park—Nelson Conservancy

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 63n(2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of North-West Nelson State Forest Park by a Proclamation dated the 2nd day of September 1970 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 September 1970, page 1596, hereby ceases to be part of the North-West Nelson State Forest Park as from the date of publication hereof.

12.0078 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 12387 situated in Block X, Oparara Survey District.
